Postage
- Standard: £5.50 - We send all these packages via first class signed for with
Royal Mail, but cannot guarantee they'll be posted the day the order is
placed but we will try our best. - We offer free standard delivery on all UK parcels over £125.00
- Instore Pick Up is available
- International delivery: from £18. Not including customs and duty.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Your Product is returned within 30 calendar days item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with no tags removed.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase/invoice note.
- If returning any item for an exchange, please place a new order for the item and we will refund you, once the original order item is received by us (not including the original postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- It sometimes takes a few days for the refund to appear in your account so
please be patient. - Please email: info@wellnessworkswest.com to report a damaged or faulty item.

- Delivery charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-
refundable unless the goods are damaged. - If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
- Please use this service (Tracked) when sending a return/exchange/faulty product back to us please.)
Tips and Helpful Information
- Here are some simple tips to speed your delivery, save you Time and Expense.
- As you finalise your order, do check the delivery address and postcode are correct, as having to re-send an item will delay your delivery and you will incur an additional delivery charge. If your address is incorrect and results in a non-delivery, we cannot issue you a refund.
- Items do need to be signed for, so please ensure you supply a delivery address and options that are safe and secure and make it easy for you or someone else to sign on your behalf. If an item is returned non-deliverable, again, it’s a cost to you when we re-send it.
- All our orders are sent to you, First Class via Royal Mail Signed for.
- Please allow a few days for your package to arrive.
- Please Note: Delivery dates are for guidance and all being well with the Royal Mail usual service, but there may be times when failures are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including national strikes, vehicle breakdowns, incorrect address details being provided, major road works or closures and forces of nature.
