HOW TO USE:

Start with 1 pump of oil. Use more or less depending on how much your skin absorbs.

Apply oil to your hands before pressing onto to the affected area twice daily.

 (We have found that very sore skin prefers product to be pressed on to the skin, rather than rubbing it in)

Let Soothe soak in before dressing
