Using the dropper, adults take 0.5ml, 2-4 times daily, children aged 1-12 years, half adult intake. Avoid mouth contact with pipette. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks. This is a food supplement, not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet and lifestyle.
